No matter the amount of calories whether you eat just a few minutes before going bed. With this listening now, I realized how the human body biology is influenced by the schedule of the meals. I have always heard that rule that we just listened: "It's best to eat breakfast like a king, lunch like a princess, and dinner like a pauper".
I agree with this idea. You need to have a meal schedule. You should have your body under control. Also, it is true that spanish people usually dont have breakfast and they have lunch later. I think the reason is spanish culture. During the lunch time, spanish people meet and socialize each other. However, i agree with the idea of one of the researcher: have breakfast like a king, lunch like a prince and dinner like a poor. Finally, I agree with the idea of people have a meal schedule, they have better healthy. If you dont have this control, your body doesnt work well. When you eat your meal its important to keep control your metabolism.

I extremely disagree with this. Let assume that I ate my lunch at 2:00 p.m. and Mohammed ate his lunch at 4:00 p.m. However, my lunch contains a plenty of calories than Mohammed’s. My body need more much time than Mohammed’s to burn calories.

Otherwise, eating at night won’t burn calories, because we don’t move a lot in that time, so our body will keep it and it will be fat. As soon as it’s being fat it will be hard to burn it. I think that controlling the weight does not rely on the time at which we eat.In fact,they are people that eat lately but they stay skinny.I think that controlling weight depend on the metabolism of each person.For example,I ate at the same time as and as the same quantity as my sister do but she still have the same weight for more than one year and I still gaining weight.That is the reason why I think that weight control depend on metabolism not on when you eat.

They are a lot, but my favorites are the body energy and weight benefits. Calories are energy, so it is the fuel of your body. If you are planning to do a travel, you are suppose to get full tank of gas before it. The best way to start your day is eating a very balance brakefast to make our daily travel. However, if dont you fuel your tank with a good gas, it would make damage on your car. If you care your body as well as you may take care of your car, it would be healthy and alive for a longer time.

I agree with this idea. When I was a model, I heard about loosing weight from my physical instructor. Person digest food for six hours. That means eating food six hours before go to bed is one of the way to lose weight. Furthermore, person's body can be changed by their daily meals. If you change the time to eat, your body would adjust to your daily meals.
I disagree with the opinion that eat earlier is the way to loss max. weight due to losing max. weight is a series processes, not only relates to time. If you eat dinner earlier but you are used to sleep very late at night, so what will be happened? either you eat more food before you go to sleep because you will be hungry at that time, or you suffer being hungry and get stomach disease. In short, I think eat dinner time may be an effective element on losing weight only when you combine your diet time with your life custom.

The idea that people will burn more calories in the morning is not stable.Some people have to work at night so they sleep in the morning and their bodies burn the calories at night !
