1) In my opinion, men are not nurses because their culture since nursing is normally associated a female career. For example, in my country where Brazil just 90% off the nurse are female. The society in general thought women are more kind to take care a person who needs health treatment.
4) In my opinion, consider nurse less important than doctors it is a culture practice too. Both work to save lives, and together, one depends the other to do a good job. This is one of kind discrimination and taboos created by the society.
5)In my opinion, to work as a nurse it is necessary to have a emotional balance and no issues with see blood, take care people with a serious heath problems and the most important thing would like be very close with patients problems, and helpful to them. Many people think they are not able to do this kind of work.
